アメリカ人アーティスト、ロー・エスリッジ（Roe Ethridge）のバンダナ。作者自身が主宰・運営する「POLYCHRONIC」にて制作された一作。

「このバンダナの絵柄には、サンモリッツのマジパンのバナナ、カビの生えた桃、マーサズ・ヴィンヤード島にある墓石の模様を使いました。私自身もこのバンダナを使っていて、ニール・ヤングの『Zuma』バンダナの替わりにしようと思っています。新型コロナウイルス感染症によって私は再びバンダナを着用することになりましたが、10年生（高校1年生）の時は、誰もがいつもバンダナをしていたものです。とはいえ、顔を覆うのに使わなければいけない訳ではありません。レースでできたアスコットスカーフのように使ったり、お婆ちゃんのバイカージャケットにピンで留めてみて！」ー ロー・エスリッジ（Roe Ethridge）

“For the imagery on the Banana Bandana, I used a picture of a marzipan banana from St. Moritz, the Moldy Peach and a detail of the head of the tombstone from Martha’s Vineyard. I’ve been wearing one myself and trying to replace my Neil Young “Zuma” bandana. Of course the Covid situation got me back in the habit of wearing a bandana, but the truth is we used to wear them all the time in 10th grade. That said, one does not have to wear it on their face. Pretend it’s a lacy ascot or pin it to your Grandma’s biker jacket!” - Roe Ethridge
